Press Windows Key + R Key together, type certmgr. msc, and hit enter. You will get a new window with the list of Certificates installed on your computer. Locate the certificate you want to delete and then click on the Action button then, click on Delete.

Answer: Yes. Best practices are to generate a new certificate signing request (CSR) when reissuing your SSL/TLS certificate. Generating a new CSR creates a new, unique key pair (public/private) for the reissued certificate.
Open the Certificate Authority console on the server where the certificate was issued. Locate the expired certificate in the Issued Certificates folder. Right-click on the certificate and select Renew Certificate with Same Key. Follow the prompts to renew the certificate.
Procedure Enter the keystore password of the deleted keystore. Enter The alias to be assigned to the certificate (in the key store that will receive the certificate). Select the Managed key store radio button. Select the key store from the drop down list that will receive the certificate. Click Apply then OK.
