From the Move group in the ribbon, select Actions Edit message. Click to select the attachment in the message body and then press the Delete key on the keyboard. Close the message and save changes.
To redo the most recent action that you undid, press CTRL+Y. To redo several actions, do one of the following: Press CTRL+Y repeatedly until the actions are redone.
To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
In most applications, you can only use Ctrl Y to redo the last action that you undid using Ctrl Z. If you want to redo multiple actions, you will need to use Ctrl Y multiple times.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
Right-click the file or folder, and then select Restore previous versions. Youll see a list of available previous versions of the file or folder. The list will include files saved on a backup (if youre using Windows Backup to back up your files) as well as restore points, if both types are available.
Open an email that has attachments. Click Edit Message, to put the email in editable mode. Open one of the attachments (e.g. Word or Excel document) Edit the document and click save, at which point the email is updated with the modified version of the document.
You can also use the Ctrl+Z key combination for undoing or Ctrl+Y for redoing.
