Go to the FedEx homepage and log in. Click Manage my profile. Select Account management. Choose Add an account.
How do I upgrade my version of FedEx Ship Manager Software? You can upgrade your FedEx Ship Manager Software in three ways: Accept the automatic upgrade from FedEx. Remove Account To remove an account from your fedex.com profile, click on the Remove icon next to the account number. A popup window will display asking you if you are sure you want to remove the account.
From My Page at the top, select Manage Users, Manage Account Settings or fedex.com Profiles. You can add new users, manage your account settings, change your administrator or update your FedEx Billing Online Profile.
If you exceed the maximum allowed number of failed attempts to log in, wait 60 minutes after the last attempt, and your User ID will be reactivated. If you need additional help, you can contact FedEx Technical Support at 1.877. 339.2774.
Step 1: Log in to your Billing Online account. Step 2: From the Account Summary page, select the My Options tab. Step 3: Select Update Credit Card and enter your new payment information. Save your changes.
To remove an account from your fedex.com profile, click on the Remove icon next to the account number. A popup window will display asking you if you are sure you want to remove the account.
How do I delete an Account? Select the Account, and click the Delete Account button from the Edit Account screen. (You can also click on the delete icon when you hover over an Account in the Account table.) Click OK to confirm the deletion and remove the Account from FedEx Administration.
