a few months ago i parked um at a station um to just i needed a days parking and i used one of those sort of automatic apps to pay for my parking is about nine pounds and they have cameras at these station car parks these days um so a few weeks later i got a penalty should i notice and what had happened was id entered the wrong registration number for my car uh it was for a different a previous car that had been scrapped um been there done it peter yeah so i thought what i appealed to their internal uh appeals process and said that you know confessed and everything said you know i paid for the day but it was just the wrong registration you know can you uh you know rescind the pcn and they said no and they were going to charge and they ended up um charging me um you know for the pcn so i i paid it um i just wanted to get it get rid of the the problem um but i have two questions one is um what is the legal position have i fulfilled that contract even though i pressed the wrong button
