if youre trying to redact your pdf file but you dont want to pay for something like docHub pro and also you dont want to let free redaction online tool to keep your document because you have sensitive information on your pdf i want to show you a way on your computer to redact your pdf so to get started as you know redaction is censoring or obscuring of part of a text for legal or security purposes because you might have sensitive information on your document to do redaction all you have to do is locate your file right click on it click on open with and if you dont see word here as an option click choose another app again if you dont see it here scroll down and click on more apps once you found word click on word and then click ok if you see this error message click ok once the pdf is open in the word you can redact the sensitive information you want to redact for example i went to the dac ssn here i highlight the text i want then i choose text highlight color so lets say i want t
