To start, right-click on your PDF and select Preview, or double-click if it’s your default viewer. Open the markup toolbar to access font options, fill color, borders, and line thickness. Use the shapes tool to add a square for highlighting or redaction. Adjust the square’s border and size as needed. To highlight text, click outside the box; for redaction, double-click the box, select a fill color (like black or white), and modify the size and position.
