In Word, select FileOpen, then open the text-redacted text (. txt) version. You may then reformat the text however you need and save you work as the final-redacted version. Be sure you do not change any text, just the formatting.
PDF Architect has a Redaction tool. This will permanently delete information from your document. Its the digital equivalent of redacting physical documents.Manual Redaction Click on Edit Mode. Right-click on the area marked for redaction. Choose Delete.
Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact. Select the text or image in a PDF, choose Redact in the floating context-menu.
