Then, right-click on one of the files, move your cursor over the Send to option and select Compressed (zipped) folder. Right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to Compressed (zipped) folder. Open File Explorer and find the compressed folder. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. You can also select Extract All from the command ribbon.

How to compress a PDF? Put all of the PDF documents you want to compress (or just one) into a new folder. Right click on that folder. Select the Send To option and then click Compressed (Zipped) folder. A new . ZIP file will be created that contains your document(s).
Select the file or files you want to compress, right-click, and select the Compress to Zip file option in the menu that appears. This will generate a Zip file in the same location as your chosen documents. Rename the Zip file, if needed, and then navigate to your Gmail account.
