this is crystal and were creating surveys in Microsoft Word so yes you can have those same surveys that you have online with little like checkmarks or little radio buttons that youd like within a Word document you do have to add a new tab in Microsoft Word to have those little buttons available so heres a very important food survey and I want a similar little checkbox like these next to these other options and I want it in the all-of-the-above location those options for the little checkboxes here are available in the developer tab now to get the Developer tab to appear by default in your quick access toolbar theres a little drop-down arrow where I can customize it and once I click on it I get two more commands and then hearing the word options Im going to actually customize the ribbon and then if I look at the items in the ribbon that are checked here in the main tabs your Developer tab will not be checked so you simply check it off and click OK and its added as the last tab in M
