Select the image within your document. Find and click on the Remove Background option in the Format tab. Make necessary adjustments using the Background Removal Tool. Once satisfied with the transparent background, save your image.
Select the page that you want to add a background to. Select Design Backgrounds, and select a background style. Visio creates a new background page called VBackground-X. Right-click the background page tab, select Rename, type in a new name for the page, and press Enter.
Choose the video that you want to put watermark, click overlay and add overlay. and choose the picture that you save on your gallery. Just drag it.
