okay so um you may be having issues with trying to open up a csv file that actually displays um a font which is not coming displaying correctly so here i have some russian acrylic fonts that are not being displayed as they should so what iamp;#39;ve done is thatamp;#39;s a csv file so what iamp;#39;ll do is iamp;#39;ll open up excel open a blank document and then iamp;#39;ll go to data and iamp;#39;ll go from text and then iamp;#39;ll find um the file open and here uh itamp;#39;s itamp;#39;s coming through this is unicode utf-8 iamp;#39;ll press next iamp;#39;ll just need to because itamp;#39;s a csv comma i think thereamp;#39;s a csv um added variable or something but in here so iamp;#39;m just going to click comma as a delimiter and press next and then finish and then okay and here we go so this is all in russian all right so thatamp;#39;s how you open a csv and in excel this is windows 2016 version of excel so thatamp;#39;s thatamp;#39;s how you can do it hopefully
