PowerPoint offers several preset themes. They are on the Design tab of the Ribbon on the left side. Open a slide. On the Design tab, point at a Theme thumbnail to get a preview of how it would affect the look of your slide.
Apply the template to existing slides, if any Open the file that contains the existing slides. Click the thumbnail pane and then select the slides you want: To select this. Copy the selected slides (Ctrl+C). Switch to the new file, right-click the thumbnail pane, and under Paste Options select Use Destination Theme:
Go to Office.com and, in the left column, select the PowerPoint icon. Under New, open the Office Template Library folder. Youll see branded templates or folders containing branded templates. Click the template you want to create a new presentation using that template.
Importing a Theme Open your presentation in PowerPoint. On the Design tab, in the Themes group, click the drop-down arrow. Now click Browse for Themes. A new window will open, where you need to select the presentation that contains the theme you want to import.
Try it! Select Design. Hover over the Themes to preview how it looks, and select the one you like. Select More to see more Themes. By default, the theme you select applies to all slides in your presentation. In the Variants group, select More to change Colors, Fonts, Effects, and Background Styles.
To import a theme, go to Slide Change Theme or click the Change Theme (Themes) option from the Google Slides toolbar. From the right sidebar, click Import Theme. This will enable you to either upload or use an existing theme in Google Slides.
