Welcome back to another Xpert Tip. Weamp;#39;re going to be talking about adding textures using photorealism in Xactimate. So the first thing youamp;#39;re going to do is go to the view properties and then youamp;#39;re going to change those 3D details to texture. Hit OK, and then youamp;#39;re going to go in and select that room, select textures, and we want to change this from the default which is wood to a carpet. Nice one there! Then you can also update the exterior finish to the home. We have a siding there, but we want to turn it into brick. So weamp;#39;re going to select that texture, hit apply, and there we go! Thatamp;#39;s it! Be sure to Like and Subscribe.
