How to Turn on Predictive Text on Microsoft Word First, open Word and go to File Options. In the Options window, select Proofing, then check the Autocorrect box. Hit OK. When you type now, some words will appear in a pop-up. Just click one or press Enter to insert it into your document.
Turn on Smart Compose suggestions (US only, English only) On your Android phone or tablet, open any app that you can type with, like Gmail or Keep. Tap an area where you can enter text. At the top of your keyboard, tap Open features menu . Tap More Settings. In the Suggestions section, turn on Smart Compose.
To add a review comment: Put your mouse on the text for which you want to insert a comment. Using the Reviewing toolbar, click on the insert comment icon and begin typing your comment. Word will insert brackets in a unique color and create a balloon call out in which you type in your comments. Type your comment.
In Review mode, you cannot edit but instead are allowed to add suggestions to the document in the form of comments or tracked changes.
Enable text suggestions in Windows Select (Start) Settings. In the Windows settings, select Time language. In the Time language menu, select Typing. In the Typing menu, turn on the Show text suggestions when typing on the physical keyboard switch.
In this window, select the AutoText tab. Make sure the Show Autocomplete suggestions option is checked. This enables Word to provide suggested words and phrases as you type. Click OK to save changes.
If youre using an Android, the language varies, but you should find settings for your keyboard in Settings General Language and Input Keyboard Preferences (you might have to pick a keyboard) Text Correction (might be called Word Suggestion). Tap the switch to toggle it on.
