The subject of a sentence is the person, place, or thing that is performing the action of the sentence. The subject represents what or whom the sentence is about. The simple subject usually contains a noun or pronoun and can include modifying words, phrases, or clauses.
Change picklist values on Log a Call field via Account Record Type - possible? for each record type define the picklist values that will appear under Subject. and then you will create new Actions for each type of task for the Account object under Buttons/Links/Actions.
The subject usually appears before the predicate to show (a) what the sentence is about, or (b) who or what performs the action. As shown below, the subject is commonly a noun, pronoun, or noun phrase.
Here are some examples: Example: Jennifer walked to the store. In this sentence, the subject is Jennifer and the verb is walked. Example: After lunch, I will call my mother. In the sentence, the subject is I and the verb is will call. Example: You were a great singer. Example: Mosquito bites itch.
Examples of Simple Sentence Structures Subject + Verb: He runs. Subject + Verb + Object: She reads books. Subject + Verb + Complement: He is tall. Subject + Verb + Adverb: They eat quickly.
Finding subjects is easy once you have found the verb in the sentence. Subjects usually come before verbs. The subject is the word that you find when you ask the question: (Who or What) + (Verb) + (The rest of the sentence)?
