Address Line 1 is generally for the civic number and street name (street address). Address Line 2 is for the apartment, suite, unit number, or other address designation, not part of the physical address. Address Line 3 is typically for the city, state, and zip code.
What are the address line 1 and 2 examples? Address Line 1 includes the main address, such as 123 Main St. Address Line 2 includes additional details like Apt 4B. For example: Address Line 1: 123 Main St. Address Line 2: Apt 4B.
Address Line 2 is an address form field that allows users to add secondary address information, such as numbers for apartments, suites, PO Boxes, and other address designators. You shouldnt use Address Line 2 for ATTN, company name, C/O, or delivery instructions.
Address line 1: Write your house number, street name, and apartment/flat number, if any. You may alternately write just the house number and street name here, and apartment/flat number in address line 2. Here are some examples.
Address Line 1 refers to the first line of an address where the primary information for locating a recipient is provided. In an address format, it typically includes the street number (building/house), street name, and any relevant apartment or unit number.
Use the abbreviations Ave., Blvd. and St. with a numbered location: 2210 Wilbur Ave. Spell them out and capitalize when part of a formal street name without a number: Wilbur Avenue.
Address Line 1 is typically used for the main address, such as the street name and house number, while Address Line 2 can be used for additional information such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, or other details that can help in identifying the exact location of the address.
123 Main Street is the specific street number and name, Cityville is the city name, State is the state abbreviation (e.g., CA for California), 12345 is the ZIP code, and Country would be included if the address is in a different country than the one its being sent from.
