The signature format usually includes pp before the agents signature to indicate that the signature is made on behalf of another person. For example, if John Doe is signing on behalf of Jane Smith, the signature line might read: pp John Doe for Jane Smith.
To add a signature to a certificate, especially in PDF documents or for digital signing, tools like docHub Sign are used. The process involves selecting the document, choosing your saved signature appearance, and using a secure digital signature technology to apply the signature.
Create a ditamap Choose File New DITA . Alternatively, choose File New XML. By default, a ditamap is opened in the Resource Manager. You can use the available FrameMaker tools, such as the Structure View and Elements panel, to work with a ditamap. You can also include relationship tables to a ditamap.
Signature: Most certificates have a space near the bottom where the certificate is signed by a representative of the organization authorizing the award. The name or title of the signatory may also be included below the signature.
