hey guys I just wanted to show you a quick video about a keyboard problem that Ive had Im sure you have too it was an easy fix sometimes when you try to use the shift number to shift number two to create the @ symbol to email somebody you get those annoying little quotation marks Ive even gone so far as to cut and paste an @ symbol off the screen into my email address so I can send an email well I figured I to fix this generally if you go shift number two you would get the @ symbol but whatll happen is this you get the quotation marks cant make that go away this also affects most of the characters on the keyboard including the question mark where you get this little slash pardon the disaster of my keyboards its my work keyboard and its in a very dirty shop so it doesnt look too pretty anyways to fix this what you do is you press ctrl you hold it down and the shift key and you let go and then if weve done this right we go shift number two the @ symbol is back again if you want
