Unordered lists Two XHTML elements are used to construct an unordered list: ul and li (list item). The ul element denotes the beginning of an unordered list. The list itself is composed of li elements. This is how the text may appear in the browser.
In HTML, we can create an ordered list using the tag. The ol in the tag stands for an ordered list. Inside each of the ordered list elements and , we have to define the list items. We can define the list items using the tag.
XHTML - Syntax Write a DOCTYPE declaration at the start of the XHTML document. Write all XHTML tags and attributes in lower case only. Close all XHTML tags properly. Nest all the tags properly. Quote all the attribute values. Forbid Attribute minimization. Replace the name attribute with the id attribute.
push() is your go-to when you want to add something to the end of a list. unshift() is perfect for putting new things at the beginning of a list. splice() is super useful for adding items in the middle of a list. concat() lets you join two lists together without messing up the originals.
