Proof of Residence Homeowners can provide a recent utility bill (water, gas, or electric). Renters should present a current lease agreement with the parent/guardian named. If the living situation is unique, an Establishing Proof of Residency form may be completed.
What is residency documentation? Check with your chosen campus for guidance about what the district will require you to provide as proof of residency. You may be asked to provide a utility bill, lease agreement, or another item specified by the school.
The policies may include the following documents: A deed, mortgage, lease, current homeowners or renters insurance declaration page, or current real property tax bill; A utility bill or receipt of utility installation issued within 90 days of enrollment; A paycheck or paystub issued to the parent or student
Acceptable proofs of residency are: homeownership or current signed lease listing students name. a gas, electric, cable, or water bill from the last 30 days.
Two (2) of the following to show proof of address: Your lease, deed or mortgage statement for where you reside. A utility bill, in your name, dated in the last 60 days. The utility bill should be a gas or electric bill from Con Edison or National Grid.
