When you enter a recipients name in the Bcc (blind carbon copy) field of an email, that recipient receives a copy of the email without their name being visible to the other recipients.
Step 1: In the body of the email message, type the @ symbol and the first few letters of the person or groups name. Step 2: Once the name you want to add appears from your address list, select it and itll automatically appear in the To line.
Right-click a name on the To, Cc, Bcc, or From line. Select Add to Outlook Contacts. Add any additional details you want. Select Save Close.
