Note: Field codes and barcode types are not case sensitive. In Excel, prepare your worksheet, and name the range. Go to Mailings Start Mail Merge Labels. Choose a label vendor and product to use. Select OK. Connect the data source in Word. Click or tap in the first label of the document.

Heres what to do: Open MS Word and insert a text box. Type the information you want to encode in the QR code. Go to the Insert tab again and select QR Code. Customize the codes type, size, and color. Once you generate the code, it will appear in the document as an image.
Open Microsoft Word and go to the Insert tab. Click Office Add-ins and pick the installed QR code generator from the list. A sidebar appears on the screens right side, letting you change the QR code, adding URLs or text.
Go to the web page youd like to create a QR Code for and copy the web address from the browser. Then, paste the entire address into the URL field where your QR Code will be generated automatically in the preview on the right side of the screen.
Copy the Document Link: After setting the appropriate sharing permissions, copy the link provided by Google Docs. Use a QR Code Generator: Visit a reliable QR code generator website. Paste the Link: In the QR code generator, paste the copied Google Doc link into the designated field, usually marked as URL.
