On the Word menu, click Preferences. Under Personal Settings, click Security . Under Privacy options, select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box. Save the document. Notes: The following personal information is removed from your file:
Examples of personal information are: a persons name, address, phone number or email address. a photograph of a person. a video recording of a person, whether CCTV or otherwise, for example, a recording of events in a classroom, at a train station, or at a family barbecue.
What should be included in a personal information form? It can include any details you may need: the names of the respondents, their gender, their preferred contact details, their phone numbers, their email address, and so on.
Examples of personally identifiable information (PII) include : Social security number (SSN), passport number, drivers license number, taxpayer identification number, patient identification number, and financial account or credit card number. Personal address and phone number.
What is personal information? an individuals name, signature, address, phone number or date of birth. sensitive information. credit information. employee record information. photographs. internet protocol (IP) addresses.
