Upload a document to Pages for iCloud With the document manager in browse view, drag a document from your computer to the document manager. In the document manager, click the Upload button in the toolbar, select a document, then click Choose or Open.
Add an annotation in Pages To add an annotation with Apple Pencil, tap anywhere on the page, then tap the annotation tool in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. In a page layout document, you can draw anywhere on the page. Tap in the toolbar, tap. , then tap Drawing.
