hello paul here and i want to share with you the power of really using patterns in photoshop which is what i want to do here with uh this design i want to flood the background with flowers right sometimes iamp;#39;d actually use illustrator right to make those patterns but guess what i donamp;#39;t need to worry about doing that nor do i need to worry about copying pasting so many flowers to flood the background i just kind of sort of create my document go into the magic of view pattern preview right so take all that content and just start giving me a pattern and from here i can see oh thereamp;#39;s a little gap you know right up here so we can move that flower over letamp;#39;s take this uh these leaves kind of fill that space you know even jump in and i think what iamp;#39;ll do is i will just like continue this line so weamp;#39;ll just use the curvature tool click click do that a couple times and now we have that continuous line which is awfully fancy right so do whatever ma

For a single body pattern, select the pattern feature in the FeatureManager design tree, or select a face on a pattern instance in the model. For a multibody part pattern, under Bodies to Pattern , select the individual instances from the existing pattern that you want to include in the new pattern.
To create a fill pattern, click Fill Pattern (Features toolbar) or Insert Pattern/Mirror Fill Pattern, set the PropertyManager options, and click . Parameters control the pattern layout.
You can pattern features across planar and nonplanar surfaces and vary the dimensions and references for each pattern instance. The cosmetic pattern feature allows you to cosmetically define and display patterns of holes instead of showing fully-tessellated solid models.
If you use a sketch for the boundary, you may need to select the pattern direction. To create a fill pattern, click Fill Pattern (Features toolbar) or Insert Pattern/Mirror Fill Pattern, set the PropertyManager options, and click . Parameters control the pattern layout.

Creating the Linear Pattern Double-click Cut-Extrude1 in the FeatureManager design tree. Click Linear Pattern on the Features tab. Under Direction 1: Select Cut-Extrude1 for Features to Pattern if it is not already selected. Under Options, select Geometry pattern. Click OK . Save the part.
