In the first method, you will try to implement the Page Setup in Excel through the Page Layout option from the Toolbar. Navigate to the Toolbar and select the Page Layout option. Once you click on the Page Layout option, you will find the Page Layout Ribbon, as shown in the image below.

Go to the Page Layout tab. Navigate to the group labeled Scale to Fit. In the box labeled Width, select 1 page. If you want to keep your columns on a single page but dont mind if your rows extend to multiple pages, you can enter Automatic in the Height box.
