[Music] foreign [Music] in this video Im going to show you how you can edit your invoice and what I mean by that is adding in line items or editing the line items on an invoice so that you can show different fees or lets say that you did a signing for a hundred dollars and then you had to do a you charge an extra fifteen dollars for a print fee you can show that breakdown on an invoice so the way that youre going to do it is youre going to either click on the signing and then click the invoice button or an even shorter way is you can just click on the invoice icon so if I click on the icon its going to bring up a picture of my invoice I click the edit invoice button and then here you can add up to two additional line items so lets say like I used that example previously where I had a a print fee that I charged an extra fifteen dollars for so I can type in print fee and then type in 15 and it will automatically adjust the amount due go ahead and click save and there you have it ho

Let me show you how. Go to the Plus (+) icon. Select Invoice under Customers. Fill in the necessary information. Click on the last box/line under Product/Service to add a row. Add the product/item and amount. Click Save and close.
