To move the legend outside the plot, well use the bboxtoanchor and loc parameters of the legend function. The bboxtoanchor parameter specifies the legends position. The tuple (1.05, 1) positions the legend just outside the plots right edge. The loc parameter determines where the legends anchor point should be.
To create a scatter plot with a legend one may use a loop and create one scatter plot per item to appear in the legend and set the label ingly. The following also demonstrates how transparency of the markers can be adjusted by giving alpha a value between 0 and 1.
To create a legend in Matplotlib, you can use the legend() function after plotting your data. This function adds a legend to your plot, which helps to identify different data series.
You can do this using the bboxtoanchor argument. This argument takes a tuple of two or four numbers, which represent the coordinates for the legends new location. In this case, the first number in the tuple moves the legend along the x-axis, and the second number moves it along the y-axis.
