Like, for instance, here I may want to have an event, have it shown like this here, and then on the next line I may want to also have it around the same point and Iamp;#39;ll continue to add events for each day of this week. So this kind of works. But notice that these things arenamp;#39;t perfectly lined up. The reason for that is that each letter is a different width. So when we get

Use auto-correction Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically. With autocorrection on, do any of the following:
Select the object you want to add a caption to. In the Format sidebar, do one of the following : For shapes, images, movies, 3D objects, text boxes, and equations: Click the Style tab, then select the checkbox next to Caption. For drawings: Click the Drawing tab, then select the checkbox next to Caption.
In a text box or shape: Click the object. If the object already contains text, click once to select the object, then click again in the text where you want to place the insertion point. In a table cell: Click the cell to select it, then click again where you want to start typing.
Use autocorrection If you dont see autocorrect suggestions, make sure autocorrection is turned on. Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically.
Turn on tracking: Choose Edit Track Changes (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar.
Add content to an empty cell: Tap or double-tap it so you see the insertion point and the keyboard, then start typing. Edit content: Tap or double-tap the cell to make the insertion point appear. To move the insertion point, drag it to where you want to type. Replace specific text: Select the text, then type over it.
You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
Add a border to an object in Pages on Mac Click to select an image, shape, text box, or video, or select multiple objects. In the Format sidebar, click the Style tab. Click the disclosure arrow next to Border, then click the pop-up menu and choose a type of border (line or picture frame).
