hello and welcome to the third tutorial of our WPF realworld application Series when we left the last time we had been working with setting up the visual studio project by simply changing our properties for the project so that we were targeting the 3.0. net and the reason we did that is because we were trying to meet one of the requirements in our overview of the software which was we want the software to and run on several operating systems and being that 3.0 was included in the at Vista and the later operating systems will still support the 3.0 weamp;#39;re going to try to keep our overall application based in the 3.0. net frame framework so that we know that when it is complete it will and just run on Vista Windows 7 Windows 8 Windows 8.1 so at this point as the designer of the software or the architect of the software trying to meet whatever our customer goals are and the list of items that we have made in order to meet those requirements that the customer wants we have decided an
