to pair an impact sdw headset to the dongle first enable pairing mode on the headset press and hold the hook button and the mute button until the LED flashes alternating between blue and red next plug the dongle into your computer if the dongle is being used for the first time it will automatically enter pairing mode to enter pairing mode manually press and hold its button the LEDs on the dongle will now also flash alternating blue and red to indicate it is in pairing mode once the headset and dongle are successfully paired the LEDs on the dongle will Flash Blue three times and then change to a constant dim blue
