I have made videos in the past explaining certain settings that all windows users should change by far the one I get the most comments about is changing from a Microsoft login to a local user login now I have entertained the comments and there are definitely some Microsoft lovers out there but I have always stood firm and addressed all these comments with rational responses today Iamp;#39;m going to address all these benefits that everybody screams and yells about in the comments and then let you decide whether Iamp;#39;m right or wrong letamp;#39;s get into it now first Iamp;#39;m not saying donamp;#39;t create a Microsoft account although there are a few ways around it the standard setup for a new windows user is to either log in with or to create a Microsoft account if you donamp;#39;t know how to bypass that you just create the account and log in but what Iamp;#39;m saying is is that you donamp;#39;t have to keep using that Microsoft account on your personal machine I simpl

Once you save a document as an XPS file, you can no longer edit it, as XPS files are designed to preserve the integrity of your document. You can however save an XPS file to another application, such as Microsoft Word, to edit the document and then convert it back to the XPS format.
PDF and XPS are two common file formats used for digital documents. PDF, which stands for Portable Document Format, was created by docHub Systems back in 1993 and has since become widely utilized for a variety of purposes.
XPS files or XML Paper Specification files are Microsofts direct competitor to docHubs PDF format. XPS Viewer is a tool used to view XPS files, similar to docHub Reader. While XPS might not be as popular as PDF, some Windows users still work with it.
This is a key difference between XPS and PDF, as PDF files are generally more widely accessible across different devices and operating systems. XPS is primarily utilized for printing and publishing functions on Windows-based devices.

Windows 11 and 10 can open XPS files using Microsofts Reader app. You can use Pagemark to open XPS files on a Mac and the Pagemark XPS Viewer plug-in for Firefox and Safari web browsers.
