Hi! my name is August and welcome to my tutorial on how to make 1x1 ID pictures in microsoft word First step, set your paper size, usually, the sizes are A4, 4R, 5R etc set your margin to narrow then insert your picture, click insert then locate where you save it, then click insert you can adjust the brightness of your picture by clicking correction drop down arrow double click your photo then choose what effects you want then on the upper right side you can see the size of your photo the size is 4.85 x 7.27 inches you need to resize your photo into 1x1 next step, click the crop tool, then crop your photo, just click and drag your cropping tool until you get the right size and position of your photo if you notice, the size value of the photo has changed you need to get a perfect size, same size in height and width, not necessarily 1x1 adjust your cropping tool until you get the right size and hit enter on your keyboard to accept then double click your image and change the size into 1x1
