in order to work effectively with long documents you need to apply a structure in word by adding style headings to do that iamp;#39;ll mark the first heading in my document and then iamp;#39;ll choose select text with similar formatting this way all of my headings in the document will be marked iamp;#39;ll go to the heading 1 style and iamp;#39;ll right click and choose update heading 1 to match selection the reason why i do this is because i want to keep the formatting that i have in my document now you can see that all of my headings are visible in the navigation pane now i can easily navigate my document move things around and also add a table of contents you

Statement headings are those that include a noun and a verb, forming a complete thought. Newspaper headlines are the model for this form: Widgets Make Your Job Easier is an example of a statement heading.
In the Navigation pane, select the Headings tab. Do any of the following: To move part of the document, select the heading and drag it to a new location. To change the headings level or add a heading, right-click the heading, and then choose the action you want.
The Via general header is added by proxies, both forward and reverse, and can appear in the request or response headers. It is used for tracking message forwards, avoiding request loops, and identifying the protocol capabilities of senders along the request/response chain.
Remember that the routing of SIP responses such as 180 Ringing or 200 OK is determined by the Via headers. The Contact header is used by downstream endpoints when they need to send SIP requests back upstream.
