Easily put in guide in MBP to work with documents in different formats

You can’t make document alterations more convenient than editing your MBP files online. Add, remove, or rearrange toolbar buttons Choose View Customize Toolbar (from the View menu at the top of your screen, not from the View button in the toolbar). Do any of the following: Add or remove items from the toolbar: Drag an item to the toolbar to add it. Drag an item away from the toolbar to remove it.

Cut, copy, paste, and other common shortcuts Command-X: Cut the selected item and copy it to the Clipboard. Command-C: Copy the selected item to the Clipboard. Command-V: Paste the contents of the Clipboard into the current document or app. Command-Z: Undo the previous command. Command-A: Select All items.
Add persistent alignment guides Alignment guides are unique to each slide in a presentation. in the toolbar, then choose Show Rulers. Move the pointer over the vertical or horizontal ruler, then drag to the slide. To change the location of an alignment guide, drag it.
