we are in Microsoft Excel 2013 Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to insert a footer a footer shows uh information that you want to appear on the bottom of every single page in a worksheet which is separated by the size of paper you choose in your print setup weamp;#39;re using standard letter size uh print so it should show up at the bottom of every letter size amount of space so first click on the insert Tab and then from insert go over to header footer now it automatically puts in a header but we can just go ahead and click on footer instead and we can choose any particular preset that we want in a footer or we can scroll down to the bottom where it says click to add footer so weamp;#39;ll just go ahead and uh add a footer here and then we can also put more text in these boxes so it comes up with three default boxes and we can uh put in sales of widgets so now we see that uh these three different boxes are filled in like I said you donamp;#39;t have to fill them all in and then wh

To have different footers, put a section break -- Insert Break Section break (next page) -- at the end of each page. Remove all the footers and page numbers you have already entered. Start the process over by inserting the section breaks and also UN-check the box in the footer for link to previous.
