Okay the first way that you can extract first name from a column of full names is using Text to Columns, so right now Iamp;#39;m going to go ahead and select my column and Iamp;#39;m going to hit Ctrl+C to copy and Iamp;#39;m going to come over here and hit Ctrl+V to paste it.
