In this video, I will walk you through how to add an email address directly to the scanner classic screen on your Ricoh/Savin IM series device. So from your home screen, select the scanner classic icon. Then select manual entry. This is where you will type in the users email address that you are adding to the machine. Once youre finished typing that in, select ok to then select the program destination option located here. Under the name tab, tap the touch the screen here option to add that users name to the email. Select done, then ok and you will then see that new destination added directly to your scanner classic screen. Simply select reset and youre all set!
