Insert a drawing from Google Drive On your computer, open a document. In the top left, click Insert Drawing. From Drive. Click the drawing you want to insert. Click Select.
Select the model space view, right-click, and click Place on Sheet. Then, specify an insertion point on the sheet.
Right-click the drawing sheet set or the subset in to which you want to import the drawing sheet and select Import Sheet from the context menu. In the dialog box, click Browse. Browse for the drawing containing the sheet to import and click Open. The dialog box lists all sheets from the specified drawing.

When inside of a Google Doc or Google Sheet: On the main menu choose Insert Google Drawing. Use the menu bar to upload an image or add text, lines, or shapes to create your drawing. Once you have completed your drawing, click Save and Close in the upper-right hand corner.
Edit the drawing. In the Drawing dialog: copy the objects you want to duplicate. Close the Drawing dialog. Switch tab. Insert Drawing. Paste the copied objects. Save and Close.
Add an image to a spreadsheet On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click the cell where you want to add an image. Click Insert. Image. Select to place your image in the cell or over the the cells. Cells with an image cannot also have text. Choose an image or take a snapshot. Click Open or Select.
Right-click the drawing sheet set or the subset in to which you want to import the drawing sheet and select Import Sheet from the context menu. In the dialog box, click Browse. Browse for the drawing containing the sheet to import and click Open.
