In this video were going to start working on a blank workbook; were going to enter some data into a worksheet; and then finally were going to construct and copy some formulas using the sum function. So lets get started Im going to go ahead and open up my Excel 2016 program and I need to maximize my screen there, and you can see that there are a lot of different options here for when youre starting a new file, but in this case lets just start with a blank workbook. So Im just going to click that and then I came up here my default name says book 5 yours might say book 1, book 2, it just depends on how many files youve opened recently in Excel. But this is the default name, so in a second were going to save it and give it a new name. But I do want just to point out again that this this element here is the workbook which is the larger container and then within the workbook we have worksheets. In this exercise were just going to just work on one sheet, but obviou
