to add your user folder to the finder sidebar navigate to your dock and click on the finder icon with finder open navigate to the finder menu in the top left of your desktop and select preferences from the dropdown in the window that appears select the sidebar tab and then check your user from the list you will simultaneously see your user folder appear in the finder window if you found this video helpful please consider subscribing to my channel thanks

Put your cursor where you want to add the table of contents. Go to References Table of Contents. and choose an automatic style. If you make changes to your document that affect the table of contents, update the table of contents by right-clicking the table of contents and choosing Update Field.
Reset the resolution in safe mode Start up your Mac in safe mode. After your Mac starts up, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Displays in the sidebar. Click Default on the right to use the best resolution for your display. Restart your Mac normally.
Erase All Content and Settings on Mac is a powerful option also known as the Erase Assistant. This helpful option can help Mac users erase Mac devices and restore them to factory settings.
Choose Apple menu System Settings, then click General in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click Transfer or Reset on the right, then click Erase All Contents and Settings. In Erase Assistant, enter your administrator information and click Unlock.
Or choose View Table of Contents. Go to the page that you want to add to the Table of Contents. From that page, you can select a specific portion of text to be the title of that page in the Table of Contents. Select that text now.
Use Erase All Content and Settings From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Settings. Click General in the sidebar. Click Transfer or Reset on the right. Click Erase All Content and Settings. Cant see this button?
Add a TOC for this section: Choose Insert Table of Contents Section. Entries are gathered from only the section where youre inserting the table of contents. Add a TOC for content up to the next TOC: Choose Insert Table of Contents To Next Occurrence.
Go to Settings General Reset Reset all Contents and Settings (the device will now effectively be restored to factory settings).
