Oklahoma LLC Cost. It costs $100 (add $4 if paying with a credit card) to file the Articles of Organization with Oklahomas Secretary of State. Beyond the registration fee, youll also need to budget $25 to file an Oklahoma Annual Certificate, though that cost comes later.
Your Oklahoma Certificate of Incorporation can be submitted online, by mail, or in person. The filing fee is calculated at a rate of 1/10 of 1% ($1 per $1000) of total authorized capital. Minimum filing fees are included below. To file online, submit a Business Entity Filing on the Oklahoma Secretary of State website.
Oklahoma LLC Annual Certificate You can mail in a completed Annual Certificate or file your certificate online at the Secretary of State website. To complete the certificate youll only need to provide a few pieces of information, such as: your LLCs name. your LLCs state-issued filing number.
How much does it cost to form an LLC in Oklahoma? The Oklahoma Secretary of State charges a $100 fee to file the Articles of Organization. You can reserve your business name by filing an LLC name reservation for $10. Oklahoma LLCs are also required to file an Annual Certificate each year, the fee for which is $25.

How to Order Articles of Incorporation from the Oklahoma Secretary of State Website Insert your organizations legal entity name into the Entity Name field. Click Search Click the Filing Number next to your organizations name. Scroll down and click Order Documents Select Copies
