hello everyone in this video we will guide you on how to or uninstall or you can say add or remove Microsoft XPS document writer on Windows 11. it is built-in printer that is disabled by default on Windows 11. so if you want to use it you need to enable it first for that click on the start button and type turtle turn Windows features on or off and click on it here scroll down and find Microsoft XPS document writer and check this option to on your PC and click on the OK button click on the close now you can use this printer to print a document in XPS or oxbs format such as I will show you such as I have suppose I want to print this document so you need to click press Ctrl NP on the keyboard here you can see Microsoft XPS document writer this is the printer that you have installed now and if you want to uninstall it then you need to repeat the same procedure again or that click on the start button air type turn Windows features on or off and you click on its entry on this

Click Insert and locate the Text section. Click Object, which opens a new window. In the Object window, select the option to Create From File. Click Browse and navigate to the location of the XPS file.
This is a key difference between XPS and PDF, as PDF files are generally more widely accessible across different devices and operating systems. XPS is primarily utilized for printing and publishing functions on Windows-based devices.
Once you save a document as an XPS file, you can no longer edit it, as XPS files are designed to preserve the integrity of your document. You can however save an XPS file to another application, such as Microsoft Word, to edit the document and then convert it back to the XPS format.
Another option is to open the XPS in Google Drive and then save it as a PDF. Upload the XPS file to your Google Drive by clicking New File Upload and selecting the XPS file. Click Print. Select Save as PDF. Select the desired location for your new PDF.
On Windows 10 11, you can Microsofts XPS Viewer to open XPS files on your PC. You can also upload your XPS file to Google Drive and then download it as a PDF to make it easier to read and share. Alternatively, try an online XPS-to-PDF file converter to convert the XPS file to a more popular file type.
There is no way of editing XPS files. You have to keep the original DOCX / DOC format file, do your editing there and then save a new XPS file.
The Microsoft XPS Document Writer (MXDW) is a print-to-file driver that enables a Windows application to create XML Paper Specification (XPS) document files on versions of Windows starting with Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2).
Online Converters: Several free online conversion tools can convert XPS to XLS. These services are convenient, but be cautious uploading sensitive documents. Search for [XPS to XLS converter] to find these services.
