To insert a speech bubble in PowerPoint click on Insert menu in the PowerPoint Ribbon. Then go to Shapes and insert one of the Callouts shapes. Here you can choose from different speech bubbles, including round rectangular callout but also some other cloud callouts and bubbles.
Adding and posting a new comment To add a new comment thread in a slide: Select the text, object, or slide and add a comment by pressing Ctrl+Alt+M. A new comment box will open with your name on the comments pane. Type the comment and press the Ctrl+Enter keys to post it.
PowerPoint Presenter View shows you the current slide, the next slide, and your speaker notes, to help you focus while presenting and connect with your audience. Select the Slide Show tab. Select the Use Presenter View checkbox. Select which monitor to display Presenter View on.
Adding a Comment in PowerPoint With your PowerPoint presentation open, select the item youd like to add a comment to. In the Review tab, select the New Comment button from the Comments group. Type in your comment to the right. In the Comments group, you can toggle Show comments on and off by clicking it.
If you dont see comments in a PowerPoint file, it may be that you are collaborating with someone who does not have the same desktop version of PowerPoint. PowerPoint files can only show either modern comments or classic comments, not both.
On the Slide Show tab, in the Monitors group, select Use Presenter View. Windows Display Settings should open. In the Display Settings dialog box, on the Monitor tab, select the monitor icon that you want to use to view your speaker notes, and then select the This is my main monitor check box.
View your notes while you present Heres how: On the View menu, click Presenter View. Youll see the main slide that youre presenting, a preview of the next slide, and any notes youve added for the current slide below the preview of the next slide.
Select the PowerPoint slide where you want to add a comment. Navigate and select the Review tab, and click the New comment section. Once the comments pane appears on your right side, type the comment you want to add to that PowerPoint slide.
