Select data for the chart. Select Insert Recommended Charts. Select a chart on the Recommended Charts tab, to preview the chart. Note: You can select the data you want in the chart and press ALT + F1 to create a chart immediately, but it might not be the best chart for the data.
For a basic table, click Insert Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table, select Insert Table Insert Table.

On the All Charts tab, choose Combo, and then pick the Clustered Column - Line on Secondary Axis chart. Under Choose the chart type and axis for your data series , check the Secondary Axis box for each data series you want to plot on the secondary axis, and then change their chart type to Line.
Create a chart Select data for the chart. Select Insert Recommended Charts. Select a chart on the Recommended Charts tab, to preview the chart. Select a chart. Select OK.
Making a bar graph in Excel is as easy as it could possibly be. Just select the data you want to plot in your chart, go to the Insert tab Charts group on the ribbon, and click the bar chart type you want to insert.
