Here I created a simple table. Itamp;#39;s just a sales chart. Iamp;#39;ve got in each row a different product. I have a Header column here with the product name. Then each column is a different store. So an East store and a West store and then a value. So the number of oranges sold in the East store is 40. So note Iamp;#39;ve got labels in the Headers here. Select data for the chart. Select Insert Recommended Charts. Select a chart on the Recommended Charts tab, to preview the chart. Note: You can select the data you want in the chart and press ALT + F1 to create a chart immediately, but it might not be the best chart for the data.

in the toolbar, then click 2D, 3D, or Interactive. Click the left and right arrows to see more styles. Click a chart or drag one to the page. To add data, click the chart, click the Edit Chart Data button near the chart, then enter your data in the Chart Data editor.
By selecting the data and pressing the F11 key, Excel enables you to construct a chart. Excel built a default chart on a new sheet in response. You can choose the chart data from the worksheet and insert the chart in Excel by using the Ribbon instructions.

Click the table cells with the data you want to use, or drag to select a range of cells; to add data from an entire row or column, click the table, then click the number or letter for that row or column.
