CSV to Graph in Excel Open Excel: Launch the application and open your CSV file. Select Your Data: Highlight the data you want to visualize. Insert Tab: Navigate to the Insert tab and choose your desired graph type. Customize: Right-click on any element of the graph to customize it.
Opening a CSV File in Excel Open Excel. Click New, then click on Blank workbook. Click on the Data tab. Click Get External Data From Text. Navigate to the CSV-formatted file saved on your system, select it, then click Import (When browsing to find the file, set browser to look for All Files or for Text Files)

Exporting Data from a Chart View the report containing the chart youre interested in. Hover over the chart. Click on the View Data icon. A popup window will appear displaying the data in a tabular format. Access the right-click menu. Click on the CSV Download button to download the data in CSV format.
