To enroll in Brand Registry, you must have a registered trademark or a pending application (check out Amazons IP Accelerator to get access to a network of vetted IP law firms). If your trademark application is pending, you can still apply for Brand Registry.
To enroll a brand, you will need to provide the following information: Your brand name that has an active registered or pending trademark; the trademark for your brand must appear on your products or packaging and you must provide images that depict this.
Identify the brand: Determine which brand you want to obtain approval from. This may be a well-known brand or a lesser-known brand in your industry. Understand the brand guidelines: Check the brands website or contact their marketing department to understand their guidelines for the use of their branding materials.

For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.

You need to obtain a Letter of Authorization from each Brand that states that you may sell their products on Amazon. You will also need valid Manufacturer or Verified Suppliers invoice.
