Thank you for your question. To change it so that the attachment is not shown in the body of the email, you should click on the Format Text tab when you are composing the email. Then under Format, you should toggle between HTML, Plain Text, and Rich Text. Try this out and I hope it helps.

The body font in Microsoft Word refers to the default font that is used for the main text of a document. In this case, Calibri is the default body font in Word. This means that any text you type into a new Word document will automatically be set in Calibri font, unless you change it to a different font.
Link or Embed a file Go to Insert Object. Select Create from File. Select Browse and choose the file you want to use. Select Insert. Choose Display as icon to embed, or Link to file for a link. Select OK.
Open the PDF file in the docHub Reader. Click on Edit from the menu along the top and select Copy File to Clipboard. Open the email you want to send and paste the file by holding down the Control key and then V, or right-click and select Paste from the menu.
For Outlook, click inside of the body of an item, such as an email message or calendar event. Click Create from File Browse. Browse to the . pdf file you want to insert, and then click Open. Click OK.
Alternatively, copy the slide directly from PowerPoint by selecting it, and then pressing Ctrl-C. Click where you want to embed the slide in the email composition window, and then paste the slide by clicking Ctrl-V. Note that when you transfer the slide as an image, any animation in it is lost.
Method 1: Use the keyboard shortcut Open the email you want to copy. Press Ctrl+A to select all of the text in the email. Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected text. Open a new email message. Click in the body of the email message. Press Ctrl+V to paste the copied email.
