Hello and welcome to another tutorial, in this tutorial I will be showing you how to add a background image into Blender 2.8. First select the World Properties tab, next select the circle next to the colour tab, you will now see a new tab pop up, select environment texture. Next select the open button. Now find the picture you have saved. Finally change your scene view into rendered mode. You can also increase the brightness or dimness in the strength menu by selecting the arrows or by changing the number manually.
